• Dated August 10, 1945 United States Hockey letter addressed to Gus Marker and signed by the league president
• Marker played over 300 games in the NHL for the Detroit Red Wings, Montreal Maroons, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Brooklyn Americans
• Very good condition; no rips or tears, only significant creasing are original mailing folds, one small stain near bottom right corner. Some letters appear blurred.
