• Festival featured The Doobie Brothers, The Village People, Kansas, Johnny Winter, and Triumph, among others
• Festival was produced by Sandy Feldman and Leonard Stogel, who produced California Jam and California Jam II
• Sponsored by brewing company Carling O’Keefe
• Was then the most attended rock event in Canadian history, with over 110 000 spectators
• Broadcast nationwide on CTV networks
• Slabbed and authenticated by iCert. Ticket itself is in great condition; one notable vertical folding crease in the middle of the ticket, as well as some minor edge and corner creasing. A few small pinholes are visible through the ticket. No rips or tears.
