• Blueprints for famous boxing manager and trainer Cus D’Amato’s Catskills Boxing Club in Catskills, New York, opened in 1975
• Training site for famous World Heavyweight Champion Mike Tyson, as well Wilfred Benitez, Edwin Rosario, and Vinny Pazienza
• D’Amato adopted Tyson upon the death of his mother at age 16
• Great condition; very small tear along the bottom edge and some minor discolouration near the left edge, but otherwise very well preserved
