• 1958 vintage Whitby Dunlops Oslo Norway World Champs pennant
• The original Dunlops were a Canadian senior ice hockey team that played in the OHA Senior A league from 1954-1960
• They won the Allan Cup (The Canadian Senior Hockey Championship) on two occasions in 1957 and 1959. Their 1957 victory earned them the right to represent Canada at the 1958 World Ice Hockey Championships in Oslo, Norway. They would go on to win the tournament
• Notable members of the team were Whitby Mayor Bob Attersley, former Toronto Maple Leafs captain Sid Smith and Boston Bruins president Harry Sinden
• 23.5″ long. 3″ tassels
• Excellent condition. Minimal visible handling wear. Edges and corners are clean. Text and image paint remain in excellent condition with little to no cracking or paint loss
