- Written on Maple Leaf Gardens letterhead
- Deals with the tryout of prospect Lawrence Weiler
- Davidson played 491 NHL games over 12 years, all with the Maple Leafs, winning two Stanley Cups
- Often believed to be one of the great scouts in NHL history, and is often credited with building the Maple Leafs four Stanley Cups in the 1960s
- Very good condition; light wrinkling throughout but no significant creasing (aside from original folding creases) and no rips or tears. Autograph shows no smudging but a minor amount of bleeding
