• Lot of six 1941 vintage Uncle Sam National Defence trading cards manufactured by Gum Inc. featuring scenes from the four branches of the United States military during World War II
• The 1941 Uncle Sam / Home Defense card sets are actually two subsets consisting of a total of 144 cards. This lot features 6 cards from the Uncle Sam subset (R157). The 6 cards in this lot are card numbers #23 “Target Practice with the Turret Gun”, #37 “Can You Take It?”, #38 “Flight Instruction”, #39 “Use of the ‘Chute”, #40 “Take-Offs and Landings” and #65 “National Disasters”
• Each card is 3″ x 2.5″
• Great condition; little to no notable rips or tears throughout cards. Some edgewear and corner wear. Some general toning due to age. Please examine photos carefully
