Yankees would win the game 5-2, among the four straight needed to sweep the Chicago Cubs, beating them in the rematch from 6 years prior. This series would mark the last appearance of the Yankees at Wrigley Field until the beginning of the 21st century. Hall of Famers featured in the lineups include Yankees manager Joe McCarthy, Bill Dickey, Joe DiMaggio, Lou Gehrig, Lefty Gomez, Joe Gordon and Red Ruffing, as well as Chicago Cubs stars Dizzy Dean, Gabby Hartnett, Billy Herman and Tony Lazzeri

• Very good condition; front and back covers show minor edgewear, including some light residual creasing at the spine. Middle pages are detached (Yankees lineup) and show some light foxing on the interior. Lineups are scored neatly in pencil. Otherwise, interior pages are complete and clean throughout.
